Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution. This position requires night-shift and weekends hours.  We encourage you to apply if you have the following job requirements:

  • Hands on experience working with and troubleshooting Windows 7/8/10 desktops
  • Hands on experience working with and troubleshooting Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain and support computer hardware and software
  • Aptitude for solving and analyzing technical problems
  • Knowledge of mobile technologies, mobile device management applications, and wireless broadband
  • Willingness and ability to learn new technology rapidly
  • Ability to organize workload and to deal with problems that may arise
  • Ability to deal professionally with people at all levels on a one-on-one basis and in a group
