Dr. Einspruch is a seasoned public company director, having accumulated the equivalent of more than four decades of experience on the boards of NYSE and NASDAQ listed corporations. He received the B.A. degree in Physics from Rice University, the MS in Physics from the University of Colorado and the Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics from Brown University. He was employed by Texas Instruments Incorporated for eighteen years in a variety of technical and technical/managerial positions, including Director of the Central Research Laboratories, and as a corporate officer, he served as Director of Corporate Development. He now enjoys emeritus status as Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Senior Fellow in Science and Technology and Dean of the College of Engineering at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. Dr. Einspruch holds many technical honors and awards; he is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, a Fellow of the American Physical Society, a Fellow of the Acoustical Society of America and a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
