We are in search of a Product Experience Manager for ZPower. As Product Experience Manager you will be responsible for the effective coordination for receiving customer complaints for ensuring that issues are captured, corrected, and communicated. Work with Customers, Sales, Production and Engineering to ensure the reliability of the product experience and customer satisfaction are met. Collaborate internally to ensure the product roadmap and continual improvement activities meet customer’s priorities. Maintain a recurring communication meeting to upper management to report on overall field product experience across all customers.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required (preferably in a technical discipline). Master’s degree/MBA is a plus
  • Medical Device Complaint Handling
  • Lead, mentor, influence and train Product Experience Team on quality tools and root cause investigations.
  • Experience creating & communicating dashboards and analyzing data.
  • Must have technical writing skills as reports will be customer facing.
  • Must leverage industry experience, equipment knowledge, software know-how, and customer satisfaction skills to deliver world class predictive analytics and monitoring solutions to assigned customer accounts.
  • Must have experience in negotiating demands of customers and partners with innate sense of fairness
