  • Contact Form: We collect your first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, and the content of your message, which contains any additional information you choose to share with us.  When you submit a contact form via www.zpowerhearing.com, we also collect whether you are a hearing care provider, business owner, or other party contacting us.
  • E-Mails: We collect your first and last name, phone number, e-mail address, and whether you are a hearing care provider.  We also collect the content of your message or submission to us, which contains any additional information you choose to share with us.
  • Ask the Expert: If you submit a question to our experts via www.zpowerhearing.com, we will collect your first and last name, e-mail address, whether you are a hearing care provider, and the contents of your message, which will contain any additional information you choose to share with us.
Requesting a Product Development Kit When you request a product development kit form us, we collect your first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number, company, address, city, state, zip code, country, and application description.

We only collect this information when you choose to request the developer kit, and this information is used for the purpose of qualifying you for the kit, mailing a development kit for your evaluation, and providing ongoing support.

 
Submitting a Job ApplicationWhen you submit a job application via our website, we collect your first and last name, phone number, and e-mail address.  We also ask you to provide a cover letter and permit you to upload any documents to support your job application.  When you submit your cover letter and supporting documentation, we will collect any additional information, including personal information, you include in those documents.

We only collect this information when you elect to apply for an open position with ZPower.  This information is used for the purposes of evaluating your candidacy for the position to which you applied, as well as any other positions for which we think you may be qualified, and updating you on the status of your application.

Searching the WebsiteWhen you submit a keyword or phrase in our search bar feature, we collect the term or phrase for analytic purposes.  This information is only collected in aggregate form and cannot be tied to you individually.

Browser or Device Information We collect information sent to us automatically by your browser when you visit our website, including your IP address, cookie information, and the page(s) you access.

We collect your IP address(es) for the purpose of analyzing website trends, administering the site, and tracking user movement for aggregate usage analysis. We have no control over the nature and scope of data transmitted or how these social media platforms will use your data.  According to our current state of knowledge, the relevant social media service is informed of your IP address and that of the web page using the plugin. If you are simultaneously logged in to a social media service platform, that social media service is able to directly assign the information to your user profile.

The social media platforms only share aggregate data about your use of the social media buttons with us, which does not contain any personal information that can be used to identify you.
