ZPower, the world’s only developer of rechargeable, silver-zinc microbatteries, announces the appointment of Dennis Dugan to Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Dugan previously served as VP of Accounting & FP&A for ZPower, and oversees all financial reporting for ZPower operations.
Mr. Dugan has vast experience in the financial management of manufacturing companies within the power industry. Prior to joining ZPower, Mr. Dugan worked as a Controller for Implant Direct, Inc. (Danaher Corporation), where he was responsible for all financial reporting for North American operations. Before that role, he was the Chief Financial Officer for Nutiva, Inc. He has also worked as Chief Financial Officer for Advanced Structured Alloys, Inc.; Corporate Controller for Abrisa Industrial; Plant Controller for Pentair; and Vice President of Finance / Controller for Joslyn Electronic Systems (Danaher Corporation) and Pacific Scientific in the Electronic Kinetics Division (Danaher Corporation).
Mr. Dugan’s early career includes 12 years at Power-One Inc., where he worked as a Cost Accountant, Accounting Supervisor, International Finance Manager and Director of Finance/Controller. He graduated from Le Moyne College with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and has a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
